Iptables kernel modules differ from 2.6.13.1 to 2.6.19.2. So I will disable iptables-cgi for 2.6.19.2 because modules are hardcoded into rc-script.

The file make/iptables/Config.in also has to be revised also. e.g ipt_state and ipt_mac modules don't exist for 2.6.19.2.
